Time-Out is a defined, temporary interruption of Rp8 gambling activities. During the Time-Out period you may not deposit funds, withdraw funds, place bets, or access any Rp8 products. Upon expiration of the Time-Out, the Rp8 account is automatically re-activated and normal activity may resume, subject to any applicable account protections that remain in force.
Self-Exclusion provides for a longer interruption of activity. When a Self-Exclusion period is activated, the Rp8 account will be closed for the duration of the selected period. Deposits and withdrawals are disabled for the entire Self-Exclusion period, and access to Rp8 products is blocked for the same duration. There are no permissible variations to the pre-selected Self-Exclusion periods. End of the Self-Exclusion period will trigger automatic re-activation unless a separate action is taken in accordance with these terms.
To initiate Self-Exclusion, you must submit a formal request through the dedicated channel described in your account communications. Upon receipt of a Self-Exclusion request, the following process applies: (i) initiation triggers a first-stage cooling-off period of no less than 24 hours during which the account remains closed to gambling activity; (ii) after the cooling-off period, you will be informed of the available pre-selected Self-Exclusion periods; (iii) you must provide a response confirming the chosen period; (iv) if no response is received within a further 24 hours, the account will be reopened and confirmed by written notice. Once Self-Exclusion commences, the account is disabled and deposit/withdrawal capabilities are suspended for the duration of the selected period.
The Self-Exclusion options consist of pre-selected durations determined by Rp8. You may not request an extension or modification to a selected period during the active term. The available periods are displayed within the Self-Exclusion section of your account for verification prior to confirmation.
During Self-Exclusion, you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds and you will not have access to Rp8 products for the specified period. After the Self-Exclusion term expires, your account will be automatically re-activated unless you have submitted a separate instruction to extend or terminate the exclusion in accordance with these terms. Rp8 will implement reasonable measures to prevent promotional material from reaching you during an exclusion, but cannot guarantee prevention in all circumstances, including if accounts or registration details are altered or if third-party communications are redirected.
Ending Self-Exclusion follows the terms described above. If you require revocation prior to the expiration date, you must issue a written or electronic notice requesting removal of the exclusion. Rp8 retains absolute discretion to approve or deny such revocation in whole or in part. If no reply is received within 24 hours after submission of a revocation request, the exclusion will be lifted and your account will be re-activated by written confirmation. Upon expiry of the Self-Exclusion, automatic re-activation occurs unless a subsequent exclusion or other protective measure is applied.
Financial protection measures enable you to impose personal limits on play. Within the My Account section you may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits and losses. If you exceed any pre-set limit, further gambling activity will be restricted in accordance with these limits. Any request to revoke a limit or exclusion must be submitted in writing or by electronic notice and is subject to Rp8’s discretion to approve or deny. Rp8 undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure that Self-Exclusion and related protections are observed and to prevent promotional material from reaching excluded users.
