Rp8 operates an online gambling platform offering betting, casino and related services (the Services). These terms govern your access to and use of the Services. Rp8 conducts identity verification and anti‑money‑laundering controls consistent with applicable law. This may include requesting government issued identification and proofs of address. Rp8 may also assess source of funds and conduct additional checks. Until verification is complete, Rp8 may restrict deposits, wagers or withdrawals or suspend the Account. You consent to Rp8 processing and sharing your information to the extent required by law and for the purposes of identity verification and regulatory compliance.
Deposits and withdrawals are conducted through Rp8’s designated payment methods. You must be the authorized holder of the payment method used. Rp8 may require verification before processing withdrawals. Except as required by law or as otherwise stated, Rp8 will settle valid transactions promptly after settlement validation. If any discrepancy arises between the information on your bank details and your registered name, Rp8 may withhold settlement until the discrepancy is resolved. You may be required to provide additional information to effect a withdrawal, and Rp8 may impose timeframes for deposit form submissions to claim funds.
All bets are subject to the applicable game rules and these Terms. If a manifest error or misquote occurs on any bet, all bets on that event may be void. In the event of a system malfunction, Rp8 reserves the right to void affected bets. Rp8 may, in its absolute discretion, decline all or part of any bet. Bets must be placed via the Services and cannot be placed by non‑electronic means, except where Rp8 explicitly allows. Bets are valid only when the user’s login details are correct and sufficient funds are available. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it may not be canceled or altered. Odds, lines and handicaps are fixed at the moment of acceptance by Rp8. Rp8 does not recognise suspended games or overturned decisions for betting purposes matters. A single Customer may not place multiple bets on the same event where prohibited by the applicable rules.
Promotional offers, including bonuses and loyalty rewards, are governed by separate terms published with each offer. Promotions are non‑transferable unless stated otherwise and are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and restrictions. Rp8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any promotion at any time and to cancel rewards or bonuses if there is misuse, including attempt to circumvent play limits or exploit promotions.

You receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the Software solely for personal use in connection with the Services. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or create derivative works from the Software or Information except as permitted by Rp8 in writing.
Rp8 collects and processes personal data as described in the privacy policy. This includes data necessary to identify you, verify your identity, process payments and communicate with you. You consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies in accordance with Rp8’s cookies policy. You have rights to access and rectify your data where applicable, and Rp8 will maintain appropriate safeguards to protect data from loss or theft. Rp8 may transfer personal data to affiliated service providers or regulatory authorities as required by law.
Rp8 promotes responsible gaming. You may set self‑exclusion or time‑out periods and request account restrictions in line with applicable law. Rp8 may suspend or close a customer account if it reasonably believes gambling is becoming problematic or if required by legal or licensing obligations. Any disputes arising from your use of the Services will be resolved in good faith by Rp8. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may submit it to the licensing authority or the competent court in the jurisdiction applicable to Rp8’s license. These Terms and related services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction issuing Rp8’s license, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Rp8 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for breach of these terms, fraud, risk management concerns or for regulatory compliance purposes. In cases of serious breach, Rp8 may forfeit winnings or deposits and withhold funds as permitted by law and these Terms. Upon termination, you may not access the Services unless Rp8 restores access or provides updated terms.
Rp8 will not be liable for failure to perform if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, cyber incidents, or disruptions to communication networks.
Rp8 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Service. Your continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
