These General Promotions and Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and related promotions provided by Rp8 through the Website, email communications, and on-site notifications. In the event of a conflict with the Website's General Terms and Conditions, these Bonus Terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.
To claim any Rp8 bonus, you must hold a valid Rp8 account that is in good standing and have completed required identity verification. Verification requires, at minimum, a verified email address, your full name, residential address, date of birth, and confirmation of the Terms. Verification and profile completeness must be completed before any bonus is claimed, unless a specific offer states otherwise. Bonuses are allocated to a single user and tied to an individual person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Rp8 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or withdraw a bonus if it detects multiple accounts, shared devices, or other activity that indicates improper use of promotions.
