Rp8 recognises that gambling can be addictive. This page sets out the obligations of Rp8 and the entitlements of customers to manage gambling activity, including identification of risk, self-imposed controls, and mechanisms for temporary or permanent withdrawal from services.
Rp8 operates in compliance with applicable laws and prohibits participation by individuals under 18 years of age. On registration, the user’s age is verified. Rp8 may request identity documents to confirm eligibility. If a user is found to be under 18 or to have falsified age data, Rp8 will immediately suspend or close the account and void any transactions inconsistent with this policy.
A self-exclusion is a voluntary and binding decision by a user to permanently or temporarily suspend access to the Rp8 platform. Effects include: (a) account closure; (b) refund of remaining balance; (c) prohibition on receiving offers or promotions during the exclusion; (d) prohibition on reopening the same account during the chosen exclusion period.
A Cool Down period is a temporary measure to pause gambling activity and is distinct from self-exclusion. On request, Rp8 will initiate a Cool Down period for the duration selected by the user and provide confirmation. During the Cool Down, the user may not place bets or access certain functionalities while the period is active. If a user requests an adjustment to the Cool Down period:
Access to Rp8 is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Rp8 conducts age verification and may suspend or close accounts found to be operated by minors. Any winnings generated by underage players will be canceled in accordance with applicable law and Rp8 policy. Parents or guardians may employ lawful parental control software to block access to gambling sites and to schedule permitted usage; Rp8 does not accept responsibility for the operational behavior of such software.
Customers may contact Rp8 Customer Support for assistance with Responsible Gaming measures, to request Self-Exclusion or a Cool Down, or to discuss concerns about gambling activity.
